power information and permissions.
Of Wanda's many abilities, there are some that would potentially impact other player characters. These include:
- Telepathy. Wanda has the ability to enter the minds of others, and to get a read on their thoughts, emotions, and memories. Detailed readings would take a conscious effort on Wanda's part, so that would be something we could plot out, but for the sake of day-to-day interactions, she will mostly get vague impressions of thoughts and feelings.
- Mental and emotional manipulation. Wanda has been shown, previously, to control people's minds and emotions. In particular, she has a keen ability to impose fear and pain on others. It's not something that she would default to at this point, given her guilt over her past actions, but it is something that we can plot out.
- Clairvoyance. As an extension of her telepathic abilities, Wanda is able to have awareness of others even when they are not physically present, particularly through their powers.

Is there any information that Wanda could passively pick up on from your character (e.g., vague emotions, etc)? If so, what information would she learn?: Vague emotions are on the table, even if they're not showing in his expressions. Surface thoughts that would match what he's doing/saying - or at least, show that he's telling himself to do/say them. Spotting how compartmentalized he is also on the table. What Tim says/does and what he's planning/really doing are often two different things. Not ruling out deeper emotions and thoughts, but it would be case-by-case because things that he knows getting revealed impacts multiple other characters.
Can Wanda enter your character's mind?: Y but ask me first unless they've got established rapport. Like I said in Discord, she can absolutely do it but there that whole "trained against telepaths" nonsense that comics does. She would have to try a bit more than the average person. It's an annoyance, he can't actually stop her he just thinks about brick walls or something IDK.
What information would you like for her to find in your character's mind?: Nothing specific at this point, just making it known that the option's on the table.

Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: I'm good with this! For Damian - he's Robin, which he has been working to keep hidden in game. He's a trained assassin, a vigilante - I'm generally good with whatever, but Damian will not be happy to have her knowing things about him. For Sam - he's a Nephilim (ish), and essentially an open book. I have an info post here you're welcome to browse - he doesn't mind others knowing things about him!

Though this is also pretty obvious just from how he interacts with others. I'm down to run with pretty much anything. Sam is an open book - he feels more strongly than ordinary humans, he's incapable of lying, he's very loudly emotive and doesn't hold himself back.
Can Wanda enter your character's mind?: Y - with Damian, this would be a lot harder and I'd like to talk it over first given he's spent essentially his entire life building walls to keep others out. She's welcome to Sam's whenever!
What information would you like for her to find in your character's mind?: I don't have anything specific in mind currently! But I'm open to whatever.

Oh Lort. Well, with Castiel currently powered down he's susceptible and more (or less) human so she could get the entire tea.
With Van, it goes without saying as does Oberyn's lore of legend. So basically go with your gut and I can help with some mental work and coding.

Oberyn's prideful, a little mad, and wholly fine being in Saltburnt despite the constant anguish and haranguing.
Van has baggage, a lot of fear, resentment, guilt, etc — she's a conflicted lil thing.
Castiel has some of the above, a lot of guilt, and just general being a fallen angel responsible for wasting heaven type deal.

Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: chatty, spacey, very psychic tundra girl. highly attuned to her surroundings via her psychic ability & magic. ro has well-used abilities, but they're a) neophyte-level latent, resembling a star or a white hole in their scope, and b) have been modified — mutilated, really — to bring them out of bloom too early. altogether she is taking in psychic information and producing energy to a constant, frenetic degree that doesn't seem comfortable sometimes for roza's physical body.
Is there any information that Wanda could passively pick up on from your character (e.g., vague emotions, etc)? If so, what information would she learn?: other than the above, her telepathic readings are spotty and intermittent, like a radio cutting in and out. blips of names and places (home, sakha, her grandparents aka ebe/ehe, papa, her siblings' names, danny, jel-yel, and spirits, spirits, spirits). she takes in psychic knowledge through her sense of taste and has recurrent blindingly bright thoughts of red-green auroras. some of her upbeat personality is a shield for greater cynicism, a kind of kicked-dog presumption of potential cruelty.
Can Wanda enter your character's mind?: for roza's breed of witch this is not supposed to be possible, but i kinda loosen it up in game because what if i wanna. soft no atm, but if it does happen there's potential for getting "stuck", like in TV quicksand, in her mind palace.
What information would you like for her to find in your character's mind?: dependent on circumstances! time there is not linear and heavily informed by apocalyptic visions she experienced prior to being yoinked off to multidimensional rp adventures. it gets pretty surreal and there's an unfamiliar psychic "host" who shows people around. (it's a teenage girl and she's rude.)

Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: Sure. Especially during werewolf:
Stefan is very clearly close to Caroline Forbes and Klaus Mikaelson. He's a vampire. Though, he's not advertising it, it will probably come out in this came. She can surmise it.
Dean is a hunter, he was close to Castiel from Round 1. He's rough around the edges. He has anger problems.

Depending on vampire thoughts - they have been shown to be susceptible to mind control and compulsion - Stefan is very concerned with Caroline, her unborn children, Klaus, and another heretic vampire, Kai. He also has no idea how to play this gruesome game.
Dean's going to be strategizing underneath the surface in detective-hunter mode. He curses Cas for getting himself killed again. He contemplates who he can trust and what he'll say. He also knows and thinks and KNOWS Ash might have been killed by the same person Cas was.

Any and everything from either canon is fair game. Stefan has lived a long life and most recently was on a search for his missing brother. Dean just died back home months after saving all universes from God himself. He's kind of dad to the new God. It's a thing. cw. for warnings for both
